Hook's is a hole in the wall restaurant off Hillsboro. The building is a bit run down, but the food makes up for that. We tried the fried shrimp, the chicken nuggets, and the chicken tenders. The fried shrimp was absolutely excellent. The chicken nuggets are essentially big chunks of chicken breast, similar to the tenders. This was my 3rd visit and each time a purchase 2 VIP Dinners. The first visit I didn’t know how or what to order and the manager was so friendly very polite and very very helpful we went through what I like and how I wanted it and he point me out to the VIP Dinner it would be the best offer to what I liked and he was so RIGHT!!! I was recommended to this place for the best Snapper I can eat. And it was all true. It was freshly cooked and well seasoned. I enjoyed it so much, I sent my daughter to get me another one the next day, and it was just as good. When I visit Florida again, that will be my first stop for dinner.
