I recently had a very disappointing encounter with Assistant Manager Bianca at Panera Bread. I found her to be jaded and lacking essential customer service skills. From the moment I approached her for assistance, she displayed a complete lack of empathy and seemed disinterested in helping me resolve my issue.Bianca's jaded attitude was evident in her dismissive and unhelpful responses. Instead of actively listening to my concerns, she seemed more interested in rushing through the conversation and getting rid of me. Her lack of professionalism was evident in her unwillingness to go the extra mile to find a satisfactory solution or even offer a genuine apology for the inconvenience caused.Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and it is disheartening to experience such a lackluster level of service from someone in a managerial position. Assistant Manager Bianca's approach left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.I hope that Panera Bread takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for improving customer service skills and attitudes within their team. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and a more positive experience when interacting with the staff.Overall, my encounter with Assistant Manager Bianca was extremely disappointing, and it is my sincere hope that steps are taken to improve the customer service experience at Panera Bread
I have been a Panera coffee club customer for a few years now. Gladys at the Deerfield Beach store is a real asset to your company. Always a smile, a warm greeting and she makes that drive thru really efficient. Great job Gladys, thank you for taking care of me almost every morning!
If you order your food on their App to pick up, Panera wants you to add a tip. For counter service? They have no staff earning tip wage. Suspect the business keeps the “tips” and the staff never see them. Bread and sandwiches are great, but not much fresh to be found. Even the peppers are canned and soggy. Few drink options for no-sugar and no-caffeine. Want a decaf iced coffee? They hand you a tall cup with scalding hot decaf in the bottom and tell you to go to the ice machine and make your own, hot coffee splashing everywhere. Sad that really can’t eat in the dining room because there are no beverages to be had. Prices seem outlandish if you want some cream cheese for a bagel. Come on, the naked bagel was already a premium price. Seems Panera is constantly pushing hot soup in South Florida. Go figure? Sunday afternoon my crochet cubs meets up at the Panera on Yamato. Sadly no beverage options there either but I often order a sandwich to go afterward.

Panera Bread never disappoints! Their menu offers a delicious array of fresh and healthy options, from soups and salads to sandwiches and pastries. The quality of ingredients is always top-notch, and the flavors are consistently amazing. Whether dining in or ordering for takeout, the service is friendly and efficient. Panera Bread is my go-to spot for a satisfying meal that never compromises on taste or quality.

If you need to do some work while grabbing lunch or coffee, pick somewhere else. The manager of this location specifically disconnected the power from the seating area of this location.

Panera bread has really gone down hill on food quality and service. Everything is frozen no more fresh food. Won't be going back anymore.
Truly delicious, very surprised considering we at vegetarian meals. Tried the squash soup & green goddes caprese melt, which surprised us.

I had the soup and sandwich special. I was happy with it. the grilled cheese sandwich was excellent. I loved it. It tasted great and it had a lot of cheese. The tomato soup was good. The dipping bread is good. I would order this again. The service was good. The lady working the counter helped suggest things. She was a joy to meet. The cookie she suggested was good. I wish I had bought more. I was happy. The place was nice and easy to find. The baked goods display looked and smelled so good. The breads, omg they looked good. I was glad I checked this branch out.
