im so sad i’ve been wanting panera all week and they messed up my order did not get my broccoli cheddar i am highly disappointed i hate this location i hope they all get poisoned by broccoli cheddar

Not the place for a decaffeinated latte. It took 20 mins for them to ask me if I want them to bring the decaffeinated coffee machine for me to serve my coffee with cold milk. Coffee and service poor.

So disappointed. We walked in at 8:55 to buy food to go. It was a simple order. Since we got to the place the manager Stephanie was extremely rude and treated us with an annoying actitude. Made us feel very unwelcome. This is very unfortunate because this is the Panera I usually go to. And this will be my last time coming because of this specific person. The manager Stephanie has a horrible atittude. The rest of the guys were good but the manager made Panera look very bad.
Probably one of the poorest Panera shops we've ever been in. Corporate would have a fit if they paid a visit. Breads are not as fresh as they should be, the staff is not well trained and is constantly changing, and the outside tables are looking rusty and not kept up or too clean. It's a shame because we live in the neighborhood and still choose to drive to the Panera in Boca which is much better run.

Be careful when ordering from this location with uber eats. I made my order and ordered a lemon cookie with my pick 2. When delivered I did not receive a lemon cookie but one with M& M on it. I called the restaurant and they said it was an uber eats issues. I asked if it's the driver's responsibility to open the stamped bag and check each other bag inside for the content and he's response was yes. I said I didn't want anyone opening my bags inside the large stamped bag and go thru it for correctness. The receipt on the bag has a place for the restaurant to check each item as it is packed and sign off the order was checked by and a place for a name. (Which was all left blank) I tried to get intouch with uber eats as suggested by the restaurant and it was just going around in circles.. chalk it up to never using either service or restaurant again.
