There have been two times that I have ordered there today, I told him my address correctly, but they sent the pizza to me somewhere else and the manager who says he is a manager answered me that I had to wait another half 35 minutes, they had already given me an hour and the manager doesn't know if his work is worthless

Got a Shaq-A-Roni pizza which came wrong called back to give back and get the right pizza then second pizza comes not only wrong as well but folded in half. Id clean

If I could score "0" stars I would . I ordered from this location (garlic sticks and a pizza). While eating my garlic sticks there was a bandaid COOKED to the bread. I called the location back and all the manager could do was apologize and give me a refund and remake the order. I declined the remake because yuck. I will NEVER eat at this location again. She said she would handle the situation by checking her employees to "see" if anyone had come in wearing a bandaid. She also stated that she didn't not see any employee wearing one.I ended up calling cooperate because this is extremely unacceptable and the fact that I actually chewed this object in my mouth is unbelievable to me. Word of advice .... DON'T ORDER FROM HERE

Food never arrived from the time that was listed. Called in and was told it would arrive in 15 minutes. Called 20 minutes later and the food hadn’t arrived yet. The person told me the manager was delivering it specifically and was out side. Waited another 5 minutes to call and be told the food was still on its way. The manager was the person I was speaking with apparently, he wasn’t delivering it. Took 1 hour and 45 minutes the whole process.

I’ve never received such poor customer service. I ordered delivery and it never showed up. Never received a phone call from the driver. When I call the store I’m met with a very rude impatient person that says she was a manager. My only option was to pick up more order. When asked for her name I got yelled at and they hung up on me about 5 times. When I went to the store to pick up my order they refused to refund the delivery charge and apparently there were two managers on shift. Both refused to give me their names. 100 percent the worst experience I’ve had at any establishment.
I ordered a clean cut pizza. When I picked it up, it was not cut through at all. The female manager said oh let’s make you a new one when I came to get the second one was cut on the top not all the way through the pizza and when I picked it up, everything fell off for the worst experience eating pizza I’ve ever had for the femaymanager was not helpful at all and quite rude when I was still talking, and she ignored me completely

Pizza arrived right on time. Opened the lid and it was pathetic. There was a 2-3" ring around the goodies and nothing but dough on the outer ring. All the peppers, cheese, and other goodies were dumped in the middle. I think it is time to find a new go to pizza place.
