No one greeted me upon entering, after waiting 3 minutes I said hello, and the woman working got an attitude and said “I’m coming, relax, damn.” There was a man who came in after my order was placed, he ignored another customer who had come in so she left, he didn’t speak to me. My order sat on the oven ready because the two men were cleaning and the one woman making orders had headphones in and wasn’t paying attention, it took 32 minutes start to finish for 2 personal pan pizzas and an order of breadsticks. Worst $18 I’ve spent, the toppings were scarce and pizza was not good. Breadsticks weren’t even cut. So disappointing.
Place is changing, unlike before pizza overload was really overload, now it was regular stuffs in it. Well you should lessen the price for it cause it was really not worth it!

The WORST experience I have had ordering online. I placed the order at 10:50 and it said it would be at 11:20. I called at 11:45 when it didnt show up and was put on hold almost immediately by "customer representatives". I tried 3 times staying on hold for 10 minutes at a time. I tried the pizza huts 800 number and they hung up on me. The 4th time I called the store, I finally talked to someone who made sense. They told me the store had cancelled my order and confirmed I would get my money back. Why can't people do the right thing?

I spent almost $50 on two pizzas and this staff is so lazy and indifferent the pizzas aren’t even cut all the way through. Pizza has to be 90% of what they make and cutting all the way through it is too much for them to be bothered with. I know I can cut my own pizza, and now I usually do because I would rather have a frozen pizza I make myself than what they produce. Occasionally though, I make the mistake of ordering from this Pizza Hut. It’s also hilarious that they are basically serving frozen pizzas that are three times more expense, and also worse than what you can make on your own, and asking you to tip them on top of it. I guess I’m tricked into the nostalgia of when Pizza Hut was trying. There is better dog food honestly.

They advertise on their boxes “where Pizza earned its crust “, well, let me say that this was the worst pizza I ever had from any of Pizza Hut restaurants ,I do not recommend this place at all I order supreme pizza for delivery. It came to me practically raw, no cross whatsoever. I couldn’t eat it nor my wife.

Ordered lunch yesterday well in advance and set up a later delivery time. Watched online as they said the pizzas were being made. This is now the third time now that I have ordered lunch for my Company and the order was cancelled, well after the delivery time, that was set up. No courtesy call or reason why? I'm officially switching to Dominoes. They lost me as a customer.

Would give zero stars if possible because that's what they deserve. I placed an order at 11:10 and whoever was working decided they didn't feel like working so they waited until they closed and canceled the order. 2nd time that this exact same thing has happened in the last 6 weeks. The didn't even have the courtesy or decency to send and email or call to tell me it was canceled I had to call and find out through an automated system. If you close at midnight then close at midnight. Thanks for taking my money so I can't even try and get food elsewhere. I worked all day now I'm going to bed without eating again because of your employees laziness. Garbage. This isn't how you should treat customers.

Horrible ..walked in ordered personal pan.took 25 mins.girl said they thought that someone had made it but didnt.would help if someone actually managed the store..girl spent more time in bf car in parking lot than at counter..NEVER AGAIN .said she was manager argued with me when i said it would help if you didnt spend all ur time in parking lot..said thats her business...
