Genuinely a terrible Taco Bell. Personally live within walking distance but still decide to drive to the one on Palmetto because they have actual standards of quality. The customer service is lack luster and the food is horribly kept. When I go to the drive thru the person is expected to cut you off while you're speaking and when I went inside once the staff were literally running around the restaurant after each other, knocking over chairs and tables while I'm standing there waiting for my food. Ordered a burrito and the beans were dry when I had gotten home (from a 1 minute drive). Also had cinnamon twists which were stale. Hard pass on this establishment.

Ordered thru the drive thru. Specifically asked for no sour cream. Repeated myself 3 times. Got home everything is coated in sour cream. They never gave he a receipt and were rude at the window. I called and got a ride girl in the phone who told me I had to come back to the store with the food in order for her to do anything. I live 15 mins away and at 930 at night am not driving face to deal with such a nasty employee. I work in customer service. I will never put up with my employees having these attitudes. Rude

Half the time I go through the drive thru they say open online, but nobody answers the drive thru and looks like nobody inside even with cars parked and lights on. It’s really strange.

There were only 2 of us in the restaurant. We ordered on the kiosk. My order came up eventually. They don’t have large cups, so they hand me 2 small cups and walk away. My roommates never came up and the staff said someone must have taken it. We were literally the only people in the place. The last time I came here and went through the drive through the staff asked me to drive all the way around again. I think to reset their drive through clock or something. I have finally learned my lesson and will never return to this terrible establishment. I feel really bad for the owners, that the people they have working here do such a poor job and represent the Taco Bell franchise so poorly

Lock the doors, here come the customers! Just like any fast food place, the floors are cleaner than the tables, service is awful, food is gross/overpriced and they always like to inconvenience you some way. Want to dine-in? It’s drive through only, wanna use the drive through? It’s dine-in only, need to use the restroom? It’s out of service. Make sure to use the self-order kiosk because we’re understaffed and we hope you don’t mind waiting 20 minutes for your order. Maybe if these places pay better they’d have more staff to take pride in their jobs

Great. Food was delivered in a timely fashion and hot.
The people who work taking orders and delivering tacobell food seem to hate their jobs. Always bad service, they never put a paper napkin on the order or pepper sauce. And it gets much worse when the service is in the drive-thru.

The food is good. The atmosphere is ok. But the service was disappointing. We got two combo meals and with them is a cheese sauce which we forgot to switch out for a chipotle sauce, went inside to get that fixed and instead told us we cant get it switched out we would need to pay for more sauces.

With inflation and food prices going up it’s hard as it is so when I get off work some ppl dnt have time to cook with that being said I ordered crave box and 3 Doritos crunch tacos specifically told the worker my order and they charge high price to give you what they want to give u they complain customer service was horrible asked for hot sauce the face he made told me he put some in the bag to rush me away to go home and find no hot sauce eatery god dam. Item I PAID FOR was straight up ground beef when I told him the order like this the shot that makes me wana spin around the drive thru and Chuck my fam food back at them cuss they dnt care at all
