My wife wanted a California Roll and tempura and Nana's was the only place with both. So she ordered the TEMPURA APPETIZER with 2 shrimp and mix vegetable tempura and the California Roll with brown rice for an extra $1 , both very good. I ordered the FRIED CALAMARI ,Crispy calamari and sweet chili sauce, could have been crispier. Also the SASHIMI APPETIZER , 9 pieces of chef choice sashimi, very fresh. Then GYOZA, Japanese pork pot sticker, comes either steamed or fried, fair.
We ordered Thai food on the phone and picked it up a half an hour later. The restaurant was small, clean and busy. It’s in a strip mall, doesn’t look very special but the tables inside was socially distant, the sushi bar looked fresh and everyone looked happy. There are not many Thai joints in Delray that also serve quality sushi and sashimi and my particular favorite their green, red, and Massaman curries. For vegan diners this is a wonderful menu to choose from as well. It is located in a strip Mall next to The Big Apple Bazaar on Atlantic just west of Military and has the benefit of great parking.
