My order took 2 hours to be delivered. I received a msg saying that it was delivered but when I checked it was not at my door. I called on 2 different phones at the same time and I was on hold for 17 mins before they took my call. They said the system was glitching but the pizza was on its way. It finally arrived 2 hours later as mentioned. And the worst part is they got my order wrong. Ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza and got a thin pepperoni pizza. Horrible horrible when I tried it It was cold and hard. Won’t order from here ever again. So disappointing if I could give it 0Stars I would.

I ordered a heart-shaped pizza for my 86 year old mother on Valentine's day. It was AWFUL. The thin crust was not crispy, but soggy and tough - as though it had been sitting around after baking. It was only slightly warm. Other than a point on one side, you could not tell it was a heart. I get that it was probably crazy busy, but don't offer a special if you can't commit to a quality product. You're getting two stars because ordering online and in advance was easy.

Spent over $31 on a large pizza with delivery. It was missing the garlic sauce & the pepperoncini. Staff didn't seem to care. Manager promised me a redelivery of the pizza and it never happened. They lie and there's no quality control . Ban this location.

Gross! Gross! Gross! I don't know what happened to Papa John's. But this time we ordered pizza the dough wasn't not the same. I honestly could not tell the difference between their dough or literally a cardboard. The bread was stiff, tough and very hard to swallow. In my opinion, fresh ingredients are no longer a factor. I've noticed for the last several times that the quality of their pizza has been drastically falling. This time was the last time for me. Never again! I'd rather spend a significantly larger amount of money to get fresh, quality food! There are WAY too many places in this area that I can get what I pay for, and Papa John's is NOT it. So beware! Papa John's isn't what it use to be. -100 stars

This has been the worst food I have ever seen this particular time. I ordered online, cheesesticks and some jalapeño poppers. All the food looks terrible and tastes old, I called to get a refund and the manager asked what happened I explained and he said ok thanks and hung up with a bad attitude. I called again and asked, do you have my information for the refund? You just hung up without asking anything? He said yes, and that he will reimburse the tip that I gave the delivery driver and hung up again. I dont want my tip reimbursed, yet he would not let me speak just hangs up. What kind of service is this? I used to order all the time, never again.
