Qwan suggested the most delicious dinner that we have had in a very very long time. I brought my son and his girlfriend for dinner for the first time and it was AMAZING!! Qwan is so sweet and smart and suggested an individual meal for each of us that was hot, fresh, full of flavor and plentiful. HUGE portions. Bao Bros Buns are sublime. Ambience is a 10. Portion is a 10. Flavor/Quality is a 10 and Service is over the top!

Not from around here but anytime I mention ramen in Miami they always say you have to go to ramen lab. I got the Tonkotsu and was overall pleased with the bowl. The broth, egg, and noodles were excellent. What I was not happy with was the chashu. It should have been more soft and come apart easily with my chopsticks. Instead I found it tough and had to pull it apart so I did not enjoy it. This ramen spot is a successful chain so quality control becomes an issue. I am not sure if that is just what happened that night or across the board at all it other locations. I will definitely try another spot next time to see if I can find better before coming back.

This was my first time having Ramen. It exceeded my expectations! The broth was so flavorful. I wish I could have requested more of it. The pork was sweet and savory. The only thing that wasn't so tasty were the rubbery mushrooms; I will not order them next time. The staff was warm and welcoming and the location was perfect. If I'm ever in this area again, I will visit!

I came for dinner on a weekday. I had no problems finding the restaurant. This area of town is crowded. The area has a few parking garages and parking lots and street parking around. They are meter pay.We started with the loaded Kimchi fries with chicken. That was different as in good. It was different flavors. The chicken was good. It tasted sweet to me. The fries were good and crunchy. It was a good dish. I then got the famous Tonkotsu Ramen. That broth was delish. I liked it. The pork belly, mushrooms, and egg are all good. I would order this dish again and recommend it.The staff was so nice and helpful. I enjoyed my time here. I was glad I tried the place. I sat outside and had a great time people-watching and having a great meal with friends.

The food here is always amazing but what keeps bringing me back here is our server Mia! She is so sweet, patient, and kind but also efficient. I went here for the second time, today it was with three moms and 4 kids under 3 and she was just so patient and attentive with us. She just has this aura of patience and grace, I would definitely come back here for the service alone.
