“Hubby and I went today after reading the reviews on Facebook and Google. Let’s cut to the chase. We will be back. It was so good! Both of us ordered lunch specials. Mine was the chicken enchiladas with red sauce and hubby ordered the beef tacos. Each came with a side of rice and beans. Our server was sweet and friendly. Five stars for sure!“

“I have been to this Taco Bell 2 times in the last 2 months, they have really ramped up there service! The line is not long like it used to be, the food is great, my order has been 100% correct with nothing missing, the woman who handed me my drink even took the time to fill it all the way to the top when it wasn't and without me asking, I spent a max of 5 mins in the drive through! I don't know what happened or if they got new management, but this place is night and day compared to what is used to be last year! Great job!“

“This food is excellent. From the food to the salsas 10 of 10. Deli deli! The service is great too! The girl who took our phone order before we picked it up was so funny and personable. This is how you need to be if your going into food business. Some of the other taco trucks need to take notes. If you are not a people person stay in the back and don't take orders. This place is an awesome spot. They do have seating even though we usually just grab our food and go. Hope they continue with their success.“

“It was our first experience when my husband and I visited this local Mexican restaurant. The gentleman that assisted us recommended the birria tacos. They did not disappoint! The dish was very flavorful and the homemade chips and salsa was fresh. During our visit, Ms.Gina came to our table to welcome us and recommended a few other dishes to try on our next visit. The customer service experience we received was impeccable. We will definitely be returning back to try other dishes soon.“

“Great Mexican food, quick and very friendly service even when we visited with a whole soccer team and families (25+ people without reservation) they were able to accommodate us. We had lunch there on a Sunday around 2pm. It was an awesome experience. Thanks for serving us. I definitely would come back.“

“El Taco Amigo is an unassuming little place in Deland in what used to be a gas station… you wouldn’t know it was there unless you had found it in Maps or you had been there before, and what a loss it would be to dismiss it!! The food is authentic and really flavorful. We had some chicharrones (pork cracklings) and it was homemade and amazing… the tacos are so so nice and if you get a burrito platter you’ll be able to share… all in all a place worth remembering to come visit whenever you find yourself in Deland!“

“Shrimp tacos absolutely deliciousI did take out but the service was nice. I asked for seltzer water and the price and the girl gave me club soda on the house.My sister also had a drink from the bar and it was good. I will definitely be back“

“We have tried many Mexican restaurants but this one is always the best. Peppers and onions are always cooked well and flavorful. Shrimp Delight is delightful. “STOP REVIEWING THIS PLACE AS "CHEAP" OR INEXPENSIVE! Every time somebody says that this guy raises the price of a taco another quarter.Keeping his 5 star review tho because he (finaly) used some of that cash to upgrade his taco truck & (I know this sounds silly) condiment selection. The addition of guac & habanero ease the sting of raising his prices again but if people don't stop telling him how cheap things are, he'll be up to $3 a taco in no time. Cut it out. If you wanna pay more, tip the cooks & the girl taking your order. Stop wrecking my lunch budget lol“

“Service was good. Menu has changed over the years. Came in for a quick lunch. There is only 1 menu for breakfast lunch and dinner. No lunch specials or prices. But they do have a small section for vegetarian food. Prices are reasonable. Happy hour is mid week 2-5 currently I noticed. The waitress offered chips without a charge unlike some restaurants which I think is nice and went perfect with some of the queso, that's was on the menu. This place has been in Apopka now for some time and Everything is always fresh when I eat here and would suggest getting the fajitas. I purchased the soft shell tacos this time. They were good but I like the seasoned (grilled) chicken or steak better that's made for the fajitas. That's my go to meal. If your looking for a quick lunch have a seat or do takeout. This place is good for groups since they have larger tables in the back area.“

“We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this small business owner while passing through DeLand Florida. He is on the corner of 15A and spring garden avenue. He's in the Shell station just behind the business.We had beef taco chicken taco El pastore and steak taco. We would suggest the El pastor because it was fantastic! Being gluten free I got to have corn tortillas for mine.He was even nice enough to take a photo with us! Definitely make some time to head here! You won't be disappointed.“

“Best T flats on the area by a mile. I order from here more than I'm willing to admit. If you're looking for a deal, definitely visit for Taco Tuesdaze since you can get 2 tacos with chips and a drink for $7. If you're looking for the best thing on the menu, I recommend either a chimichanga (blackened chicken supremacy), or the cheesy steak flautas. Always get hot sauce too. If you want mild and sweet, go with snack my sweet ass. If you want smoky and more medium, go with Rasta sauce. Another good thing about here is if they do happen to make an error, they make it right. I had a missed queso once, and the next time I ordered, they gave me my missed queso plus a drink on the house. I appreciate when stores make it right even if it was a delivery order on their app. Don't be taken aback by the attack of color on the walls and ceiling - all T Flats are like that. It's the vibe. I hope you love it too!“

“Had la Parada Tacos today, got there slightly before closing, they were nice enough to take my order. The food was authentic and fresh tasting, try the birria tacos and consome, their horchata was really good as well. They were very friendly and had great customer service. I highly recommend!“

“I had the birria tacos w the consume. Wish it had a little more cheese on top but was still very delicious. I would definitely get it again. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful. Refried beans were not really my favorite. Not sure why they were more orange color. Seems they may have changed their salsa and chips taste too. But the atmosphere is very nice in there.“
