“I just want to share my experience at the Chipotle on W. Ball Park in Sanford with Dignoris. She has amazing customer service skills and truly went out of her way to make sure I was okay.

I had come from the gym on my bike to eat at Chipotle, and it started raining. Dignoris actually went outside to check on me and asked if I was okay. She even told me that when I was ready to come inside, I could come in from the side so I wouldn’t get wet.

For me, that was really, really top-notch customer service. It was a small gesture, but it showed genuine care and awareness, and I wanted to share that experience with the rest of the Chipotle family.
