The family ordered takeout from here several times and everything was packaged with care with food tasting fresh when it arrived at our home. Owners were both there when we went and super friendly taking time to recommend dishes and talk about how all is locally sourced and focused on quality and health. While out with our family just spending time doing nothing and everything on a rainy evening, we stopped in to the bistro market where PB&J Bistro & Cafe was located. I ordered a Chicken Caprese Sandwich and Sweet Potato Fries with a delicious lavender lemonade. The food was absolutely fabulous. Fresh, made to order by someone who knows exactly what they're doing. Found this place by accident. The menu options are both familiar and unique enough to feel maybe you're being a little adventurous.The sweet potato gnocchi was delicious.
