The gravy is not a typical, American style gravy, it is unbelievable!!! I ordered the French Toast and the flavor is unlike anything you will ever try! “Found this place by accident. The menu options are both familiar and unique enough to feel maybe you're being a little adventurous.The sweet potato gnocchi was delicious. Very flavorful and memorable. I will return for this alone. The portion was perfect. Husband got a burger ( big Mac n cheese?? Idk maybe) with sweet potato fries. He really liked it. (Lots of other side options) Try the almond tea. Smells and tastes great!The husband said he'd have no problem returning. He liked where this place is located. Among the hustle and bustle but indoors with floor to ceiling glass so you can still see outside. It shares a space (the city hall food court) with an indoor bar and overhead music that wasn't too loud.The friendly owners took our order, cooked the food, and brought it to our table.”

“4/15/24 My husband and I decided to get away for the day and ride to Destin. We decided to try this restaurant and we had NO disappointments! We sat outside on the patio an Tony, our server, did a great job describing the menu items and making suggestions. The hushpuppies are amazing!!! We had the sautéed crab claws for an appetizers.... THEY WERE BEYOND DELICIOUS!!!! We has the grouper and cream cheese stuffed snapper as entrees, and both entrees were delicious! I failed to mention that the crab soup is full of lump crab and delicious as well. We ordered the bread pudding to go and tried it when we got home.....the grand marnier sauce is Sooooooooo good!!! I work in a fine dining restaurant part time and I expect the best when I eat out and this place EXCEEDED my expectations!! Tony is an excellent, attentative writer who made our experience more enjoyable! We will definitely be back!!!! Thanks for making our two hour drive to Destin well worth the trip!!!”

“We are locals but this is our first time here. We walked up to the sky bar grabbed a table and immediately greeted by Chelsea as our waitress. She was AMAZING! But wait there’s more, she was not the only one that checked on us. 2 other bartenders (Jorge and Shelby) also checked on us for water, extra drinks, anything we needed. Definitely a team atmosphere. The live music, adult only, and couches over the water are an incredible vibe. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend even if you have a big group. The views of the harbor with heaters and fire pit make it a great place to come year round.”

Very cute outdoor eatery, I bring all my out-of-towners here.Parking: For the most part, there is plenty of parking however sometimes the lot does get full. As long as you use the kiosk inside the resturaunt to validate your parking, its free. If you don't, you will get a ticket in the mail so beware.Kid-friendliness: Small corn-hole setup at the front of the restaurant.”

“Great looking place with great service. Food was mediocre as there was little taste to it. We had the classic french toast and southern omelet. French toast has no flavor, the syrup is very watery for some reason and had little taste as well.”

“When we pulled up at the valet, we were told there was a 2 hour wait. The place came recommended by a local, so we decided to stay. Such a beautiful restaurant. They have a bar inside, outside, and by the docks. They have their own beach and we were able to enjoy live music while we waited. We got a call our table was ready just short of an hour later. We ordered the baked pimento cheese, house baked tuna dip, gumbo, raw oysters, oysters rockefeller, and the boshamps basket with the grouper. My goodness! Everything was delicious. I would have waited the full 2 hours and have been happy. We also got the cake to go, which was delicious. To top it all off, our waitress was incredible. I can’t wait to be back in Destin so we can come here again!Parking: Complementary valet made parking easy”

“Absolutely incredible place to eat! The crab is unbelievably good. The jumbo shrimp is mouth mouth-watering so fresh and delicious. The seafood nachos were incredible as well. We tried so many dishes on this menu. We went here last year. This was our second time. We will be going back! The wait time can be a little ridiculous but the food is worth it. The service is great. It's clean, it's fun, it's right by the ocean, it's just an overall amazing place to be. I suggest if you're in Destin 100% give this place a try!”

“This is a great place to go have a few beers and a nice dinner, we went there 3 times while in Destin. We enjoyed the steak frites, fish tacos and truffle fries and the service was good too. They are very dog friendly which was a plus for us since we had our dog with us!”

“My husband and I held our wedding reception at Marina Cafe on 2/24/24! It’s one of our favorite restaurants on the Harbor! Everything was perfect from the planning with Bridget, to the delicious food, and especially the excellent service! I wish I could name each one of the staff who took care of our family and friends! Tina is amazing and treats us like family every time we go. Marina cafe was very flexible and open to our ideas. We wanted to live-stream our ceremony from our yacht into the venue for our guests and they helped make that happen. We love Marina Cafe and you will too!The Sloans”

They also have daily dinner specials (spaghetti, fried chicken meals etc.)and breakfast all day so you can get a full hot meal as well!”

“Great food. Great Service. Jackacuda’s is one of our favorite restaurants in all of Destin (we’ve been 5 times now). The poke nachos and fish tacos are a must try. For drinks, try the lemon drop martini or the captains margarita. If you’re in the bar area make sure you ask for Keith! He always takes great care of us.”

I love coming to a place like this because management understands everybody's working as a team to the end. Peggy had the French toast second time. She must've liked it. I had an omelette loaded up with all the goodies. There wasn't anything left on the plate. I forgot to order the onions and cheese in my hashbrowns but they were good. Overall will be back again. Although I have to admit we are somewhat of captured audience right now. We are sitting in Destin Harbor and with our refrigerator on the fritz.Being a holiday so that will be a slow repair. “Last week I was in Fl, I stopped by Thai Basil for lunch and ordered “Ba Mee Hang”, The flavor of the dish is not my taste because it has a sweet kick to it. If anyone doesn’t mind the savory and sweet taste in your food - this Maybe your dish. However, I share a small bowl of the meatball noodles with my sister and it was DELICIOUS! The meatball was perfect, nothing like the frozen one. I highly recommend the meatball noodles if you have a chance to come to this place.”

“We are on the 20th floor which has an amazing view but elevators have been an issue. We also had difficulty with the cable for several days. Had to have our travel agent get ahold of them to get anything done about it. The rooms look like they are being remold and are nice just slightly out dated. No charging ports so bring a cube.”

See comments on parking below.Parking: Though it’s been awhile since we’ve been to Destin and Harry T’s, they’ve always been favorites. Much to our surprise, we learned when pulling in that there’s a $20 charge for parking in a dirt lot. Harborwalk Village greets you with that. 20 bucks to park at what is essentially a mall. To go spend money at merchants that pay rent there. Unbelievable. Seems like a blatant gouge—probably because it is. Really? 20 dollars to park to go spend money? Is that a good way to make customers feel welcome? I don’t think so. Credit to Harry T’s for handing out 10 dollar credits for FLA residents and key ring holders (we’re neither). We just won’t be back because Destin offers so many other great dining options. And to top it off, there are plenty of other signs to make sure you’re not welcome. For example, there are signs in the driveway where you would drop off people (including the elderly and handicapped patrons) that say “Do not stop. No pickups or drop offs.” Really? Are you supposed to push them out at a slow roll? Who came up with these ideas and this signage? Nice work Harborwalk Village. Won’t see ya later.”

Talking with the cook who has an Italian accent is part of the experience and the atmosphere, which is an upscale food court with other vendors. I spotted this ice cream truck when we got into Destin and couldn't get it off my mind, just had to try it out! She puts the ingredients down and rolls the ice cream right where you can see her doing it. It's really cool to see. And this rolled ICE cream is dro! He suggested chicken salad on a croissant and offered to assemble it for me with a bit of Dijon. Very kind and let me tell you what...that sandwich was bliss. I haven't had much if any if a appetite lately after having recently lost my mother. That chicken salad croissant was the first thing that's had any taste for me in weeks. Now I'm going to waddle around Target, and later I will eat the jam filled almond croissant I purchased. Very good food here and just lovely service.”

“"I've been a regular customer at Panera Bread for quite some time now, and while I generally enjoy their food and atmosphere, there are a few issues that have consistently bothered me.Firstly, there was one instance when I ordered a turkey sandwich through their 'rapid to go' service but forgot to leave a tip. Unfortunately, it seemed like my sandwich had been dipped in a fish sauce, which was quite off-putting.Secondly, I've noticed a recent change in the dining area where they've removed the self-service cups. Now, customers have to approach the staff and present their receipts, which feels somewhat demeaning.Moreover, the cleanliness of the dining area leaves much to be desired. The floors always seem sticky, which is not very appealing.As for the restroom, particularly the men's restroom, cleanliness is often an issue. “This man in this location is doing a lot alone, several days this week we have ordered here. He is working very hard, and holding a lot of responsibility all on his own. He's polite, prompt, courteous, as fast as he can be when crowded or many drive through orders. He's doing a lot, makes the food perfectly. This is a very decent guy, uncertain of his name but he's alone often doing a lot, as fast and impressive, the order is perfect every time! I seen him take orders and put them together all by himself several of our visits with various family members, various days, afternoon, evening for various visits. Our server Stephanie was literally the best we had our entire time at Destin. She was happy, helpful and excited for us experiencing all this for the first time. The chef prepared our filets 5 different ways! All the types were amazing but their Dewey special seasoning was fantastic. This entire experience came with so many sides (coleslaw, hushpuppies, corn and fries) At the end we got our bill and paid a whopping 40 bucks for two people and 5 filets. I recommend this place and that you bring in whatever you catch in the Bay! Thank you to our server and the cook again for making this a fantastic memory!”

“Overall from adult entrees to children's menu everyone of the group of 18 was very happy. Numerous positive comments from Outstanding, excellent, fantastic and it was wonderful. I had the Cajun Reddish with Shrimp which was excellent, my wife enjoyed the Stuffed Shrimp Parmesan, both dinners included baked potato and house salad. Other main courses were Coconut Shrips and Seafood gumbo, Clam Chowder and the House salad with Grilled Mahi Mahi, Fried Shrimp dinner with fried Oakra, House salad.Sone of the kids meaks were Shrimp and fries, Cheese burger and fries, and Chicken strips with fries. Service was excellent and handled by three waiters with Cherry overall.”

It was a fresh seafood meal so it was a bit pricey but considering we would be driving back to Indiana in the morning, it was a “well worth it” splurge. Give Harry T ‘S a go. You won’t be sorry.”

“A very pleasant experience as we happened upon this place for the first time on New Years Eve. They offered a special menu that includes lobster tails and filet mignon. We dined on the lobster and chose creamed spinach as one of our sides. A fantastic choice. We were so pleased with our experience that we returned New Years Day to Iry their special brunch offering. Again very pleased. We met the owners who are intensely engaged in its operation. It's nice to patronize a place run by such enterprising owners who know how to put out great food in such a comfortable environment.”

They grabbed menus and walked us to our table with out one sound or word. We sat at the table for 13 minutes. Not one person recognized us, or said they would be right there...in fact the three tables around us had their drink orders, app orders and their tables cleaned while we sat there. Another server grabbed a broom and swept around the section but still not one word...we got up and walked out.With that being said, AJs up stairs vibe, staff and help was the exact opposite. Very kind, fast and helpful. It was like they were two different restaurants. Nicolette was absolutely incredible! She was promot, funny, attentive. She was just an overall great server and good at her job! The food was perfect. We had the Trio Dip, fish tacos and the platter. All were well cooked and perfect to eat along the water. The band was playing great music. We will be back to the upstairs version of AJ's and thank you Nicolette! (Sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong)”

Large groups may struggle to eat together outside, but the seating is all pretty close together. We went for a late lunch, and there wasn't a wait. Food came out quickly.”

She promptly brought our drinks AND ice water in sparkling glass tumblers. When's the last time your server did that? Then, she brought our corn muffins and biscuits while the kitchen worked on our order. When's the last time you got bread service? And the main course was out in a jiffy!
