I’ve been going here for over 5 years now as a local and have definitely seen the place struggle for some time with staffing/unpredictable hours and inconsistent quality, but today we have given up on Zoes. The pasta salad they served us today was spoiled (smelled and tasted sour like garbage) and my braised white beans were literally just cold white beans poured straight out of a can whereas in the past have actually been tasteful. Unfortunate to say that we will not be going back.

This place used to be great. Not anymore. Went today. Everyone at our table had ordered hot food that was served cold or barely warm. Some of my food was completely undercooked. Not sure what happened recently but they went down hill in the past year or so very badly. Eat at your own risk.

I go to Zoe's all the time in TN, but this FL location was TERRIBLE. What is going on with the lentil soup? It just tasted like vinegar. Could not even eat it. The chicken and salad tasted old. The lighting is also insanely dark. Would never go back

Disappointed with Zoe’s. My all time favorite the Protein Power Plate is no longer on the menu. The gentleman who I assume was the “manager” had only been there 2 weeks and said they could make it if I told him what was on it. He obviously was not a longtime Zoe’s customer if he didn’t know. And they can’t make it now because they also took away the feta slaw which was part of this dish. He said the Mediterranean chicken with 2 sides was basically the same just different presentation. Sorry, it’s not. The specialty dishes is what made Zoe’s special and different. I left and went elsewhere. Bring back the feta slaw and Protein Power Plate please!!

They have so many ways to customize all the kebabs and salads, pitas, and rolls, etc. We really liked the options of cauliflower rice and various proteins and all the good sides you can get. It's a great menu with options for everyone and good spice levels and nice-sized portions. The staff was nice and quick and the food was very fresh. The only thing is that we were given disposable plastic utensils, even though we were eating there. They had a condiment station that had holders for metal utensils that would be washed and reused, but there were no utensils.

We tried Zoes Kitchen once it was really good. The sweet corn was very tasty. So my wife and I wanted a second go and they were out of the sweet corn. Very disappointed about that but the food was great I highly recommend.

Wow! My family of four ate here for a quick dinner before heading over to the AMC theater in the Destin Commons to catch the new Top Gun: Maverick movie. We were greeted by sweet young ladies working the front counter. Our order was taken by Zak, the new store manager. He was AWESOME! He was very thorough in explaining some order options and was so patient and kind. Our food came out quickly and was right on par. While eating, some other patrons finished their meals and left the restaurant. The workers were quick to come out and wipe down tables and tidy up. While waiting for more customers to arrive, the front counter staff was chatting amongst each other so sweet and friendly and ready to assist who walked in. Zak, you are doing a fabulous job in a time where we need great people like you! Keep up the great work!

So disappointed. This place has gone downhill. I haven't stopped eating a few bites into a meal in a long, long time. Today broke that streak. The steak was so tough, tasted burnt, the chicken was horrendous. My dad got salmon and you could tell it had been cooked a while ago and just heated up. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This food belongs in the trash. Oh and speaking of trash, back by the drinks smelled like garbage... just so much disappointment. I loved coming here back in 2011-2012, the food was so good!
