We have been coming to Sushi Sake for a good number of years and have always enjoyed the good food and service. But both of these have somewhat declined. We always order the bagel tempura and we are noticing that instead of the salmon being cooked (we undetstand that it shouldn't be in its entirety though), it is now 95% raw (salmon is raw-pink color) and hardly any cream cheese is used. When you call, they answer in Spanish!!! I get it, the population is largely Hispanic. However, it’s a Japanese ( regardless of true ownership) restaurant. I initially thought I dialed the wrong number because I was caught off guard.Food- ordered to go. Felt my portion was small compared to a normal platingAttempted to pay with a visa Gift card, which they refused to take. When I asked why, I was was not provided an explanation
