We have been coming to Sushi Sake for a good number of years and have always enjoyed the good food and service. But both of these have somewhat declined. We always order the bagel tempura and we are noticing that instead of the salmon being cooked (we undetstand that it shouldn't be in its entirety though), it is now 95% raw (salmon is raw-pink color) and hardly any cream cheese is used. Also, there's is an oriental waitres, whom we appreciate her assertiveness & service, we find she is too loud at times. Finally, cannot comprehend how they don't carry the beer Heineken. They used at some point.
The food is horrible, taste very bad, the ingredients are awful, the quality of the food is the worst, super overpriced everything. I will never recommend this place to visit.

Came here around 10:15pm, which I thought was early enough since Google says they close at midnight. I was immediately told I needed to “hurry” because the kitchen closed at 10:30. The waitress didn’t say a word to me when she took my order. Then they forgot my Edemame and tried to charge me for it. When I got the final bill (after I had them remove the Edemame) they charged me an automatic 18% gratuity that was NEVER mentioned ahead of time.Will never return and would never recommend this place to anyone else. If you’re going to charge luxury prices then make sure your staff provide luxury service.
