We went because of good reviews in the Miami Herald. Total disappointment. The sweet and sour chicken was not sweet nor sour; it looked like nuggets from McDonald. The egg drop soup was undrinkable. Service was very poor. Moreover, the restaurant is located across from a hotel and employees do not speak English and cannot communicate with those ordering online. Will not be back!

I’ve eaten here before but this time food was not good. Mongolian beef which is there signature dish was over saturated with sauce and to sweet we could not eat it, the Singapore noodles were overloaded with curry sauce. Quite frankly a poor eating experience,. To top it off the bill comes and they pass on their credit card merchant fee to the customer. Do not go here

This is an unpretentious Chinese-Venezuelan restaurant run by a family who had at one time the best Chinese restaurant in Caracas. We went because the Miami Herald ran a front page story on this restaurant. The food is excellent, we had egg drop soup and my husband won-ton soup, then we had the duck with all the trimmings and we also ordered shrimp in sweet and sour sauce, delicious. Others in our party ordered Egg foo young, and of course friend rice. The only thing that was amiss is we ordered a chardonnay and they did not have it, they only had pinot grigio, which we did no want, so we ordered merlot. All in all, a memorable Sunday lunch!

I have had better Chinese food from a gas station. Order was not right and taste was horrible. Dumplings fried instead of steamed, crab wontons cooked so hard I couldn’t eat and shrimp in lobster sauce tasted burnt. I ordered lo Mein instead of rice... their lo Mein is angel hair pasta. Had it delivered and driver nor restaurant staff spoke English so of course I had no one to complain to, although there was someone who spoke very broken English that took the order. Also didn’t include the drink I ordered. A 42 dollar lesson.

This place was right around the corner from our La Quinta hotel. We were wanting Chinese so we came here. Not disappointed at all. It was delicious. Just right amount served off of lunch menu. Some of the best egg drop soup I ever had. Plenty of egg in the broth where other places are skimpy on that. Would definitely recommend. Prices are definitely reasonable too.

We traveled from Coral Springs to bring my dad to have some Ecuadorian cuisine and because there are few to be found we traveled 40 mins to this location. It wasn't as busy when we arrived but I was not very pleased with the table service/ customer service. It was slow to get an order in and then we never got one of our side items so we had to cancel it. Shame because there aren't many Ecuadorian places but this one lacked warmth and attention. Our waiter was a young kid and so was another waitress. Never came by to ask if we needed anything and check on us. The food was alright but nothing amazing- sorry

We ordered a few dishes, kung pao chicken (spicy ) tofu with vegetables, beef chop suey, and half of steemed white fish, and 2 pcs egg rools, white rice included, all of it came to $81.20 for 4 ppl. The 3 dishes was not identical, however the content was the same, water chestnuts and lots of hoisin sauce in all of them and sweet too, and lots of seasoning in all of the dishes. It wasnt as i thought it would be after i have read most of the reviews here, there is better places here in the Dorals for that matter and probarly less sweeter dishes....... Servers was all Spanish speaking ppl but chinese chefs in the kitchen doing the cooking part.

I love me the food of my people, but I was sadly disappointed in not only that quality of the food, but also the service. Apparently they weren't sure if they would open, but they did for New Year's Day. The staff was rude and also looked overwhelmed but still we waited forever for our drinks, which included a cup of water. Also everything except for one plate was either cold, which makes me believe they took it out of the fridge and nuked it, or completely not cooked. For our main entrees half the table had to wait an additional 25 mins, basically everyone else was done with their meal, by the time we got our plates. It's almost as if they forgot about us. Overall I was disappointed and don't think I'd want to go back.

The portions are big and sharing plates of different dishes would be an excellent idea. Value for money and homely atmosphere.

I don't know what happen with this place, back in the days this place used to be so good with a really good food. First El Bolon they make it like whatever not the way its has to like an Ecuadorian Style, it was so grease . Its sad how this place change.

We came from Chicago and searched for authentic Ecuadorian food. The food was great but they could use better service. The servers weren't the best. They weren't very attentive. The bollo here was AWESOME!

Got in town on Wednesday night and wanted to find a Chinese restaurant near the hotel. Out of the options, this seemed the best choice. Good decor and ambience. Food was ok, but not great. Would go again.

Came here after I saw a friends post. My order was a the seafood soup with a side order of tostones, soup was tasty had mostly fish chunks and tostones were just right. My friend ordered the marisco and rice that also came out hot and fresh. was delicious and came out hot and fresh, had great creamy taste.
