“My husband and I just tried this place and it was really good! We had the soul bowls with the smothered hamburger. I had the mac & cheese on mine and my husband had the baked beans and the collard greens. We loved everything we had. My favorite is the mac & cheese, I could just eat that by itself and be satisfied! The people were very kind and attentive of our needs. We will definitely be back!“
“This is a tiny and hidden cafe that is too easy to miss if you're driving by it. I only found out about this place because I was Googling for coffee and bagel shops. Well it deserves more attention because the bagel sandwich and coffee I had were delicious. The service was also excellent. When we walked in, we were the only people there but by the time we left, every table was full. So it seems popular despite being hidden. I have no complaints and would love to eat here again.“
“One of my favorite tea bomb places! I love love love the atmosphere, everyone is upbeat and friendly. You will leave with a smile on your face. I finally tried the waffles after being stuck on the oatmeal. It is all so tasty and nutritious. A great way to get a good for you meal and feel like you had something sweet too. Their tea bombs are some of my favorite with all the yummy tropical flavors. I tried the pretty in pink (caffeine free) since caffeine too late in the afternoon keeps me up. It was delicious.My biggest dilemma now is picking between waffles and oatmeal!“

But considering that it is in the middle of Lake Wales it should have better prices for the local business people and many retirees who love to eat out after golf etc. My retired friend didn't want to eat here when I took him and said that the drink was too much money so we ended up going to Al's Place down the road. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3 since I know small businesses are struggling.“

“Cheap and good donuts! This is a local small business. Parking is limited and be careful maneuvering around the drive through. The side street is one way. Staff are very friendly. I like the strawberry and apple fritters the best. Regular choc covered donuts are so much fluffier than DD. Not much space inside as its usually order to go. Very nice little place.“
