Went in today for an online order that was placed. Get a free 10pc of the Sauce Nuggets if you spend $10. I went through the drivethru and was told that its inside online for mobile or online. Zero signage or posting saying this either. I had people in front of me and behind me so I had to wait to pull through. This KFC is absolute garbage. Incompetent workers with a combined IQ of 2. Everytime you show up all of the employees are outside smoking or talking on the phone and act like you're an inconvenience to them. God forbid they actually have to WORK at their JOB. They never have what you want and it's probably due to them being too lazy to get it for you. Don't even bother.
