This KFC is absolute garbage. Incompetent workers with a combined IQ of 2. Everytime you show up all of the employees are outside smoking or talking on the phone and act like you're an inconvenience to them. God forbid they actually have to WORK at their JOB. They never have what you want and it's probably due to them being too lazy to get it for you. Don't even bother.

Went in today for an online order that was placed. Get a free 10pc of the Sauce Nuggets if you spend $10. I went through the drivethru and was told that its inside online for mobile or online. Zero signage or posting saying this either. I had people in front of me and behind me so I had to wait to pull through. I get inside and wait in line to be told to cancel my order cause they ran out and they don't have any. Instead of telling me in the drivethru, I'm told to waste more and more time. Always an issue with this KFC. Yea don't come here, just go to the one on US19

I am a loyal customer so I have the KFC app there is a three piece meal but it’s supposed to be 799 down from 949 I went to the drive-through and they said I have to come in to do that and then the person at the desk said that this location does not have a scanner that can scan the app to give me my discount I need to go to one of the other locations that is not owned by the same person so I asked for the manager and I said why don’t you just use a button on the keyboard or the POS that just drops down two dollars I’m sure you have a discount button and you said no I can’t do that we don’t have that button and I said this is why your location has such bad publicity online and there’s so many people on the Internet to say this is the worst location and he goes no the reason why is because of people like you and he blamed it on me and was rude he’s probably like 18 years old so it didn’t bother me to much but I really want the owner to read all of these negative posts. If I could give it negative stars I would but I could only give it one star on this app, so please owner if you’re out there would you just clean up your location and higher good employees shouldn’t be that hard because KFC is awesome. I love their mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw but all you need to do is clean up the place and hire good people and do a good job because you really have the best location in Dunedin, Florida, right on the corner of Patricia and Main Street.

Food is pretty good but I’m tired of not getting things I pay for. Every time I order and pay extra for sauce I don’t get it. I don’t even get the regular sauce that should come with my order. Just finish the order and do things right.Also missing our fries from our meal.Sigh.

Ordered from uber eats I was missing combo side, bbq sauce, kfc sauce. Not really sure how you forget a combo side I understand the sauces.2 stars because you tried but failed miserably.
I am giving 1 star because I've never been to a KFC that won't add shredded cheese to a chicken sandwich. the manager says they aren't allowed to put cheese on a chicken sandwich but why do they have cheese on the chicken Littles if thats true? it dosent make any sense. and I won't be back to this location because of that. dumbest thing I've ever heard. even after saying I'd pay extra for the cheese.

This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The dining area is as filthy as the bathroom. I thought employees at dunking doughnuts were rude. This place is worse. Food is bad everytime. Where are upper management don't you even care??? I go to the kfc in palm harbor totally different.

Do not Uber from here. Per drivers, it's a common practice for this location to allow orders and cancel. I've experienced this twice. Second time, the driver was told there was no manager on duty and they were shutting down early.
