Absolutely horrible service. Extremely slow and the food was horrible. I sat in the drive-thru for about 15 mins alone for my food to not be right. I went inside to try to correct and there is a building full of employees, so why were they so slow was my immediate question. The woman at the front counter had a very nasty attitude; extremely rude. Just not a good location, bad service all around, from taking the order to making it to bagging it was all really bad. 2 lanes is a mistake as both have seperate employees where one was too busy to take orders and had one lane going 2 and 3 cars per one in the other. No napkins no sauce after asking and had to pull up and wait in a parking space for only a whopper jr

They may have remodeled the building, but the service still sucks. Drive thru is supposed to be fast, yet you still sit at the order board 10mins before u get attached and then u wait forever to get the food at the window ?‍♀️
