“It’s rare that I’ll post a review, however this one is more than deserved. The owner of this establishment is by far one of the most passionate people I’ve encountered. Not only does she stand behind her products and building a community of people who thrive off of nourishing their bodies, but as a person is quite the individual! If you’re looking for a place to get some delicious treats that are good for your body I strongly encourage to give this place a try. It’s the atmosphere of the environment, knowing her customers, sharing parts of their lives, while creating a space for everyone in whatever walk of life. “I go there a few times a month always good,but today was terrible,bacon was mostly fat and not half cooked,toast was burned and grits was one big lump,I mentioned to server and she just took grits back and all they did was take the big lump off,no commit on bacon or toast, I'll go back again to see how it is,if like that again I won't go back“
“I am so happy that Delonte has opened a location at the Eustis Market!! He offers so many varieties of drinks (Coffee, Lattes, Refreshers, Smoothies, Teas) and food (Pastries, Breakfast Sandwiches, Sweet& Savory Crepes) all with a smile! I chose to go with a February special the strawberry and creme refresher with coconut and it was just the right amount of sweetness, versus the overly sweet Pink Drink at Starbucks. After my experience today, I do not think you will be disappointed with anything you choose, and highly recommend stopping by!“
“High and low I had been searching for a coffee shop that doesn’t over-sweeten their coffee, that doesn’t have a weak taste, and most importantly… a coffee shop that doesn’t give me a cup of coffee I could’ve made at home. Ellanios is my top choice in the area for fresh coffee that is simply *chef’s kiss*. The breakfast bagels are a bonus. My personal favorite is the bacon, egg, and cheese on an asiago bagel. The bagels are definitely made to order as the steam pours off of them for the following 10 minutes. Love the coffee punch card rewards perks. Staff is always so attentive and nice, carrying good conversation and constantly showing their upbeat attitude. I eat here at least three to five times a month because it’s just so good and I crave it.“
“The Eustis Foxtail serves THE BEST double shot Cuban coffee we've had - a skillfully prepared blend of coffee balanced perfectly with cane sugar to create the signature tangy, sweet Cuban espresso shot. The baristas, Kai and Ten, are masters. They also warmly welcome each customer and, more often than not, they remember each personal order. There are other Foxtail shops, but take it from us, the Eustis shop with Kai and Ten and their team is the ONLY place to get the perfect coffee served up with the most courteous and friendliest smiles. “I ordered online and didn't realize I was driving my company's box truck, which is too large to fit in the drive through. So I parked on the small road, walked up to the back door, and they completed the order without issue.They're always polite, and they over-deliver with an alternative whenever there's something out of stock.“
