The order was quick from Justin. We ordered some BBQ whoppers that were missing the BBQ. We also were missing ranches. We went back in and the manager was direct. He pointed out the mistake to the person who made the burger, gave us our condiments, fixed our burgers and gave us ranch. It was awesome. Great Burger King visit with a good attitude and doing the right thing without complaints.
My recent visit to Burger King on SR 100 in Palm Coast was nothing short of disappointing. Despite being a fast-food establishment where expectations are typically modest, the service was shockingly slow. Even with just one customer ahead of me, it took an excruciating 10 minutes to receive my sandwich.
