So first their headset was broken, then we pull up to the window and the woman inside pops her head out looking at us like huh? Lol I thought here we go, I ask for a chicken sandwich and she's like yeah we don't have mayo, I was like let me guess your ice cream machine is not working too and she's like yeah, you can go to MC Donald's ...got nothing oh an the road on that drivetru is bad ..

My order at the drive thru was a whopper jr and an impossible whopper with no mayo or cheese.It took us over an hour to get it.Over 1 hour for 2 sandwiches at the drive thru.

The order was quick from Justin. We ordered some BBQ whoppers that were missing the BBQ. We also were missing ranches. We went back in and the manager was direct. He pointed out the mistake to the person who made the burger, gave us our condiments, fixed our burgers and gave us ranch. It was awesome. Great Burger King visit with a good attitude and doing the right thing without complaints.

My recent visit to Burger King on SR 100 in Palm Coast was nothing short of disappointing. Despite being a fast-food establishment where expectations are typically modest, the service was shockingly slow. Even with just one customer ahead of me, it took an excruciating 10 minutes to receive my sandwich. The staff's demeanor was downright rude, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. What's even more frustrating is that customers behind me were left waiting, seemingly unnoticed, for an unacceptable amount of time. In a fast-food setting, one would expect the basics to be executed competently, but this was sorely lacking. It's evident that significant improvements are needed in both efficiency and customer service.

Walked in with my family (10 people) and they told us they couldn't serve us in the store and to go to the drive through with no explanation whatsoever. We have disabled people in our family that can't walk far, it was rude and uncalled for.
