Don't go or leave drive thru without checking order. Went there when there was 1 car in lot. No one ahead me. Ordered double whopper and got a regula whopper no double patties AND luke warm too!

This location was just closed for two months and bought by corporate, but nothing is better. Exact same type of employees. Work nearby and have a pickup order? Too bad, because the staff is lazy and the lobby is locked. Instead, they have the nerve to tell you to _walk_ up to the drivethru full of cars and get run over. No thanks, I'll just go elsewhere. I used to defend this this place to people, but they will be closed again soon in no time. Pathetic experience.

Ordered inside to go. Took five minutes for an employee to tell me they would be with me shortly. After waiting 10 minutes to place an order.(not one other customer waiting inside and one car through the drive through.) Ordered two ghost pepper whopper combos and an order of onion rings. Thought they came with ghost pepper chicken fries. The manager was complaining on the phone about having to pay someone unemployed and walked outside. The expo/drive thru guy packs the whoppers after 5 minutes.(not a bad wait) fries get packed in the bag 10 minutes later(one of the fries were sitting out of the warmer during that time). Onion rings come out hot and packs those too. The expo guy hands us the bag and starts taking a few drive thru orders. Manager comes back in and asks what we're waiting for after 10 more minutes. I can tell this guy is in a bad mood. Tell him we're waiting on the chicken fries. He looks at the receipt and says it doesn't come with the meal. No worries. Go out to the car and everything except for one order of fries were cold. Go back inside and wait a few more minutes. Manager comes up and I ask for a refund. He says we're not doing refunds today come back tomorrow. No bro give me a refund. Rufuses and says he's gonna make the fries again. I told him the whole order is cold at this point. Wait 2 minutes and boom fries. That guy shouldn't be a manager. Moreover he's in his 50s. Should know how to treat a customer. Gonna call BK and get a refund. No coupons. Never going there again.

I had never been so poorly cared for. My family and I went to make an order at the till, the person in front, today, September 7, 2023 at 8:00 pm, a person in front of us attended and then we waited 10 minutes for him to ask us in the worst way Maybe if we were going to order to go, when it was obvious that we were going to eat there. There was nobody else there and he couldn't be nice, plus the staff aspect was critical. What a pity that we will no longer return to Burger King. the worst experience.
