I eat here every day I finally decided to do the survey on the receipt get the code just to be told we can't take a code it has to be a QR well they don't give a QR for the free drink I even redid it there in front of them got the code again with no QR will not be spending money with such a flawed

Very upset I am told "Mama we can't give you a free soda" I completed the survey it gave me a code I wrote it down and the cashier tells me "we can't give away anything free" this receipt I just ate here two days ago I work here at the mall I will never give this place my money again if they can't honor their offers maybe someone needs to train the employees the survey that's offers a free drink does not have a QR code it's a number code I earned it they have not earned my business

Haven't been to any Charlie's until today but it was decent to say the least. The Chicken Philly was tasty as were the fries. The entire sandwich was pretty big but more chicken and less condiments would be better. I had a drink also but honestly $18 is a bit much for fast food lunch.

I'm vegetarian (not vegan) so I ordered the veggie sub. It was terrible. The words that come to mind are soggy and unappetizing. That applies to the appearance and the flavor. Did I mention that it was unseasoned? Just oily grilled vegetables and melted cheese on bread. Eww! It seems that the meat subs might be good, but they have to do better to get me to come back.

Is was an amazing experience with a friendly service the guy was so nice and helpful And they were so fast that by the time we done the food was ready , and the food was so delicious thank you guys

This company has become extremely cheap! Today I purchased my meal and asked for an empty cup the employee said I cant give away free cups, I said again just a cup, like I never heard someone refuse to give an empty cup, would not be a free cup since I just purchased my meal, before they gave cups of ketchup now with a large meal gave me only 4 packets. This place has become absudly cheap they should just close this location instead of treating paying customers like this !!!

Never seen an employee more unmotivated than these one here.And we ask for a cup of water. But they only head bottles.

This is one of the worst locations I’ve ever visited, they consistently get the order wrong. Today they closed at 6 when regular mall hours is until 8 and their reason was “we always close at 6 when our boss leaves”. This location is losing money turning away customers with 2 more hours left of business.

I really liked the food but they don’t say hello and greet customers. I was told sorry they don’t speak English. I’m sure they can learn to say hello or smile.
