The food was good, but the customer service was trash. The worker was scraping the dry rice out of the bottom of the container (bunbun), and when told that fresh rice was desired, she got an attitude and made a slick comment, as if the fresh rice was coming out of her paycheck. A second staff member intervened to make sure the orders were done to the customer's satisfaction, and the first staff member started arguing with the second worker. Food and prices are good but they are sloooooowww!!! Lunch is never ready by 11am, and the outside of the restaurant smells like a grease trap. Employees are also very rude. The lady in the drive thru window somehow feels she's doing me a favor by taking my order, even raised her voice at me while ordering. I originally gave them a 3 star, but I will be lowering it to a 2. Getting and eating food is supposed to be enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes more to Snappers....read full review

This is a very relaxing environment, the service is awesome and the staff are very polite to the customers. It’s great to be able to enjoy a veggie or beef wrap party and a natural way juice.
