If I can give this place zero stars for the service I would. Horrible service, the woman preparing the dish was rude and wasn't even paying attention to my order and had to repeat myself several times. She had a mean look on her face that was not welcoming at all. She should be fired because she will bring your business down that's for sure. I will never come back to that place. I will go to Dutch pot where I know that I can get good food and service

About an hour ago, I bought dinner from the drive-through and was at first relieved that I could quickly get meals cooked close to home. It goes without saying that the rice smelled odd and tasted stale. The Jamaican patties were really dry, and the chicken lacked taste. The cuisine was truly terrible, despite the excellent customer service.

Worst Donna's that I've gone too, and i go to them all. Such poor service, I was discriminated because I'm a white Jamaican first off all. The BBQ fried chicken was either from yesterday or overcooked and I waited in line for 10 minutes and 3 minutes over the lunch special time she said no. Rude. It would of been better food and service staying as a burger King. This place is a disgrace to the name with those two women.

I usually have good food experiences at this Donna's; however, that's not the case today. I ordered a medium oxtail and it was horrible! The meat was tough and flavorless, it was like they just added water to an old batch from a day or two ago. The rice and peas were no better, there were hard chips of something inside of it, which let me know it was old. This is truly disappointing! $25.15 of my hard earned money down the drain! I called the restaurant several times during business hours and no one answered, this says a lot about what this place has become. It should be against the law to sell people old food. I hope and pray I don't get sick from the small amount I did eat, they will definitely have a huge problem on their hands!
The food was good, but the customer service was trash. The worker was scraping the dry rice out of the bottom of the container (bunbun), and when told that fresh rice was desired, she got an attitude and made a slick comment, as if the fresh rice was coming out of her paycheck. A second staff member intervened to make sure the orders were done to the customer's satisfaction, and the first staff member started arguing with the second worker. I think the first staff member's name is Donna (maybe she's the owner and that's why she wanted to serve the dry rice, because it really is coming out of her pocket - idk). Either way, it was very uncomfortable for my friends and I. I wanted to leave because I don't want anyone fighting over my plate. We stayed, the second worker handled everything and even came over as we ate & apologized.
