It was a very good experience other than the man at the register.. he was talking very rudely to his customers and his employees. That employees that he was yelling at made me an awesome and delicious hazelnut iced coffee.. for that reason I'll be back!!

Horrible experience. Ordered on the mobile pad since we were ignored to order by a person. Multiple people after us ordered and our order was made last. When I spoke with Fernandina she said it was the order of the tickets. Very rude. Especially to a pregnant woman. Angelica was the other worker who also had a very poor attitude.
This little busy Dunkin is great and very efficient. And Dave , the store manager, is simply amazing! Helping his staff, personally checking orders, no wonder everything going smooth. Thank you !

This particular Dunkin store has had its ups and downs. Lots of new faces working here. The management team does their best to make the store run smooth. It is hard to find good dedicated employees. However the current staff there are friendly and provide excellent customer service. I visit this store every single day. I see the changes that they are trying to make. They want to provide the best possible experience for everyone.
