Freddie's checks all the boxes for what a dive bar should be: Casual / Chill Cheap / Affordable drinks ($4 can of Elysium before 7pm, $5 after) A colorful cast of locals Added perks: Solid, affordable wings With a couple of hours to kill at Fort Lauderdale Airport, I took a short ride to Freddie's and it ended up being time well spent. Understaffed, but they were pleasant and worked very hard to serve us. A bit noisy and so difficult to order but food and prices were good with nice selection of beers on draft at good prices.

The food was very good and cook right to my liking . Service was great and it was the first time I have every had a bartended come out to my table after I had got what I had order ,and saw that my drink was empty and took it and refilled it. The customers are a very good mix group who for the most part like to shoot pool ,and one ask me if I wanted to play which I said yes .
