So get this joke of a business two times between 4 and 5 AM. This business was not able to serve its customers.And once it was, it was cash only and Staff wasted no time in wasting everyone else’s timeAnd not disclosing this information up until the last momentIn that moment, it was not about how they could serve their client but rather he doesn’t have cash don’t make it. “”What a joke of a McDonald’s of all places please turn off your lights. There’s never a time to go to McDonald’s aside from the times in which they don’t work.

It's hard to enter parking lot heavy traffic off the main roads. Services were slow for an app.preorder. it took a while for the employee to get the order ready. Priority is given to the drive thur windows orders. Left out part of order, and when checked and brought to the attention of the employee they seemed flustered that one would expect the order to be correct. Since this is a very busy store, I could see why an order could be incomplete. I will not use this location again as they don't seem to have good quality control in place.The food was typical McDonald's quality . Prices have increased due to wage increase and cost of materialsThink I will try Wendy's next time.

I waited 8 minutes while workers are staring at me waiting at counter, then the 1 burrito was cold, besides the NASTY sarcastic managers, corporate should send them a manual on customer service, GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!! See Robert's review 3 down.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald's due to poor management and lackluster service. Despite being a frequent customer, I was left frustrated by the staff's unwillingness to provide additional sauce without an unnecessary hassle. Moreover, the service speed was far from satisfactory; not only did my order take an unusually long time to be prepared, but when it finally arrived, the fries were already cold. This lack of attention to detail and customer service is unacceptable for such a well-known establishment. It's disheartening to see a decline in the quality of service and food handling at a place that many of us have relied on for a quick and satisfying meal. I hope for improvements in management and staff training to rectify these issues for a better customer experience in the future.
