Overpriced stale, hard cookies. Icecream is not that great either

Extremely disappointed with my last experience here. Not coming back. After many years of buying here and recommending, even while over priced - I received a old odd tasting cake. 55 dollars for a tart that was barely edible. When I spoke to staff very nicely about a return they did not even apologize, told me speak to the manager without telling me when the manager would be there. Then the manager called coincidentally while I was there and the staff said “we don’t do returns” not any sort of apology or even just acknowledgement and a very BAD attitude. This is basic customer service !!!do better

Pastries are good but the music is so unnecessarily loud it ruins the entire experience. I was there on a Friday morning and the dance music was blasting. All the seats near the speakers were empty. I asked the barista to turn it down and she said that her boss doesn't allow the music to be turned down. Go figure. If it weren't for that I would rate it higher. Unfortunately will be looking for a different place and use this only for takeout.

Not sure why the good reviews. The cookies are not made on site. They are dry and nasty. $3.50 for a cookie I to 1 bite and spit it out.

I was very disappointed with the apple Strudel. It was hard as a rock. I don't mind paying the ridiculous price for decent pastries but you trying to sell this kind of stuff is shameful. The coffee is Ok but how do you try to sell pastries 5 days old? I will never go back to this place.

Latte delicious, apple strudel was ok..Gelato good, teramasu not great..$50.00 later...not worth the trip.Counter was extremely rude to not only me but my friends as well. Other customers noticed the same girl's rudeness.I won't go there again.
Treat for the eyes as well as the gastronomía. Attentive staff and Roberto, the owner, is a riot. If you can catch him.

Unsanitary conditions. Dust threads hang from the decorative dry twigs over the counter. Loud rap music mandatory playing Mediocre merchandise extremely expensive or overcharged. Totally unacceptable place.
