Only reason I give them 2 stars is because food is pretty good, hot, tasty. Other than that I would have gave 1 star. Employees are horrible. Particularly the lady at the drive thru in the afternoons/evenings she is so unprofessional to the point of disrespect. I see I’m not the only one who has had an issue with her.
Food was amazing and sweet tea was the best I've head in years, this is how the tea is supposed to taste. Chicken taste pretty fresh compared to other pollos. I'm impressed.. whoever made that sweet tea is the goat

I had never been to this chain. Had preconceptions. A friend said the beef and rice is good. I thought I'd give it a try. The food was really good and the service fantastic. Not often you can say that about a chain restaurant without table service.
