My wife and I decided to dine at Capital Grill prior to a musical we had tickets for at the Au-Rene Theater at Broward Center For The Performing Arts. We parked in the Galleria garage attached to the same building as Capital Grill which was about a 2 minute walk to the restaurant that we had a 5:30pm reservation for. We were seated almost immediately and then were pleasantly greeted by several staff members and our servers, Miguel and Claudio. They were the perfect duo and their service was impeccable! Let me preface all staff were great but I have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Miguel. He was so personable, provided us with his recommendations and boy are we glad we listened to him. Now for the food, we tried the special, a 16oz filet, had the beet salad and shared the brussel sprouts and some cocktails (carbonation in my drink was perfect). For dessert we had the coconut creme pie, flourless chocolate cake and cappuccinos, everything was amazing! Fort Lauderdale Capital Grille - My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary while on vacation. Andre was our waiter, as great as the food was (oh and it was fantastic!), he made our meal a wonderful experience! I just can't say enough great things. Thanks for making our night so wonderful.

Our server was great, sorry name escapes me. Food was excellent with the exception of the Calamari appetizer. It appeared deep fried instead of pan seared, regardless it was over cooked, greasy and hard.
Always impeccable service at the bar. Best steakhouse in Ft Lauderdale. Do recommend.

Parked for free in the Galleria Mall parking garage. As we walk toward the front doors I notice a black Lambo parked out front of this upscale restaurant bar. This is my second time eating here and remember having a fat juicy ribeye steak. We walk in and immediately go to the beautiful bar and order a few Cosmos. We were escorted to a back table and saw the huge glass encased wine cellar and the open kitchen. We met our waiters Marcio and Amber and ordered several different appetizers and more Cosmos and wine. The lobster bisque soup, the beet and goat cheese salad and the lobster mac were tasty. After apps the waiter brought us moist hot towels to clean up. The main course arrived. A ribeye Pitts style steak looked amazing and it tasted wonderful. The tenderloin and lobster was fantastic. The night came to an end and I was pleasantly full and entertained. Every staff member was over the top polite and made our stay very enjoyable. The bathroom was clean with jazz music playing.

The Capital Grille is one of my favorite places to dine in Ft Lauderdale. The food is always well prepared and delicious. My favorite server is Jerry, who is always welcoming, attentive and makes great recommendations for items on the menu.
It was just overall so lovely. My sister wanted to treat me for dinner to celebrate my new job. Out server was really wonderful and knowledgeable even though she also was new. She was engaging but not overwhelming. Dinner flowed and we didn't feel rushed. Food was delicious and I wish I could have eaten more! We started out with enormous stone crab claws, shared a wedge salad and we each ordered a different steak. My sister has the dry aged filet and I had the NY strip with shallot butter sauce. The steaks was perfect temp. We finished our meal with coffee dessert and a to-go bag. Can't wait to go back!

Visited for my birthday and everything was amazing. Drinks cold and fast, our server was very attentive and there anytime we needed him. We ordered the calamari and the tuna tartare to start. Both were good. Then we had the filet and lobster "surf and turf special" steak was cooked perfectly and tender, lobster.., amazing. Perfect for a celebration. They had a card and a complimentary desert for my birthday. I would recommend and will be back! Andrei was our server and he was the best. Service was excellent.
