The New Year's Eve tasting experience, though not without minor delays and inconsistencies, was still highly recommended. The attention to detail in the first four courses stood out, with dishes like oysters, caviar, carpaccio, leek soup, and poached lobster impressing diners. The chef's personality and humor added to the overall experience.
