Flippers is a small, waterfront restaurant with excellent food and service. The chef is hands-on, and the wait for a table can be long, but worth it. The house specialty, "the Oscar w/ chicken," is highly recommended, with generous portions. The venue has outdoor seating only on the second floor, and the atmosphere can get noisy. While they don't serve bread beforehand, the presentation of the dishes is impressive. Parking may be a bit challenging, but the overall dining experience is exceptional.
