“The place was outstanding! Me, my wife and my 9mo old son were looking for a restaurant on a rainy day when we came across Skinny Dogz. It was quite busy, but we were ok waiting. We’re sure glad we did.The staff were outstanding getting our little dude a high chair and making him smile. The food was delicious. I had the 3 Little Pigs and my wife had the Chicken and Waffles. Our son even had his first meal for himself-the dollar pancakes! We felt it was very good value for the quality of the food. “Went to the location to place a take-out order of a chicken sandwich, double burger and fries. Person at the counter never entered the chicken sandwich before I was asked to pay so I had to place a 2nd order. Got home and opened the bag, my 2 burgers were on a bed of lettuce but there was NO BUN! Good thing I had my own bun at home, lol! I tried to call the store but it went to voicemail where the box was completely full! 1/6 received a call from Emily this morning offering to remake the entire meal or to receive a full refund. I drove to the location and she refunded me the entire purchase cost. Very good customer service“

“We recently visited the beach nearby with my daughters in tow. Unfortunately, my youngest’s legs were really irritated by the sea salt and she started screaming/crying. We hustled over to La Ola and luckily one of the bartenders (I believe it was the manager Melissa) was quick to help us out. She gave us a couple bottles of water and a clean towel to wipe her legs down and, seeing what distress she was in, she also gifted her some putty/slime to play with to distract her. She checked on us several times, and even brought aloe and her own lotion over (which she also insisted we keep). This was a very busy Saturday there, and most people wouldn’t want to be dealing with crying kids especially when we weren’t even dine-in customers, but she went the extra mile to help us and that’s the kind of place I want to support time and time again. Can’t wait to get back there and actually sit and enjoy it, maybe kid-free, sometime soon!“

I did get barbeque sauce added to “all the way” and i dont think that would explain the excessive moisture in the bun and not be able to see much sauce.
