Went to the location to place a take-out order of a chicken sandwich, double burger and fries. Person at the counter never entered the chicken sandwich before I was asked to pay so I had to place a 2nd order. Update: spoke to manager Rose over the phone and she made me a completely satisfied customer! Updating to 5 stars everything I usually go to the location several times a month but today was a completely different experience.
