“While vacationing in Cape Coral. We found PDQ(S.Cleveland) Family of 7,we got the family pack plus drinks. This meal was delicious Service was great and very friendly. Hats off to the manager whom explained the freshness and different sauces She was so friendly and made sure our first visit was great. Sadly we was there on Thursday and we had plans to return Friday but didn't realize the closing time was 8 ( we missed it by about 15 minutes)we was disappointed we didn't make it back. But as my kids headed back to Tn early Sat they did stop at one further up the interstate. Thank you PDQ. We will be back when kids come to visit!! For it will be worth the 1 1/2 drive!!!!! “I love coming here. I’ve been coming here since 2015. I ask for extra sour cream and pico not get charged extra. But, Tonight for some reason they charged me a $1 for a little more pico and $1 for a little extra sour cream. And $3.38 for a fountain drink. Listen I go to a restaurant and not get charged that much. Over priced my bill was $19.24 for a regular Mexican and a soda and extra toppings. I can go to 3 pepper and it would be a lot cheaper. Just saying, $20 is outrageous“
“Delicious rice bowls! Everything was flavorful and good portions. My sister and I were warmly greeted upon entry and promptly helped. I would definitely come back to this location or others around town. I originally did think that it was closed or under construction due to the plethora of construction in the plaza.“
“I received AMAZING service on 2/25/24 from the night shift!!! I placed an online mobile order and sent my high schooler to pick up. He did p/u from drive thru and only got partial order. Called Zaxbys about 20 mins later and went back to pick up. The girls at the front were so sweet y very apologetic about the situation. I didn't get their names but want to be very specific that it was the night shift on 2/25. Thank you for amazing service Zaxbys Fort Myers(Cleveland Ave).“
“This was a typical kfc, we ordered and brought it home, and it was good. I'm very pleased that the biscuits were not like hockey pucks. They were actually edible.The downside is that I had to use the restroom. It was a mess! The toilet handle was broken, so I couldn't flush, and there was standing water around the bowl. I would've just walked out, but we had a long drive to get home.I hope this gets fixed, we really liked the service and food that we got and would like to go back sometime“
“I visited the restaurant again today after almost a year since I had not returned the last time I had come I did not like the service because they did not have prepared chickens and they had said that we had to wait 45 more minutes because the dining area was dirty and trash all over the floor and I decided to go somewhere else to eat. Today I came back and I was happy to come eat here because the service was fast, only 5 minutes of waiting, the food was delicious and the cleaning was very good, there was a staff cleaning and keeping everything in order and that is very pleasant, good and positive for the visitors who come to enjoy here. Good job“

“They are quick and nice. Seem understaffed though. Interesting inside of the restaurant, not typically what you would see for fast food. Almost like a sit down restaurant as they have these two person booths and plenty of wall decor. I would recommend the bacon chicken ranch fries. I just got those as my meal and they were plenty. Get extra ranch on the side though!“
“The food was very good and they were two of us eating. One of us got our food almost immediately with the person who brought us the Trey telling us the second person's food would be at momentarily. Turns out her shift ended at that moment and we sat there waiting and waiting until we realized something was off and I went to the register to ask where our second meal was and it looks like it fell through the cracks. So that's just unfortunate when staff leaves without letting the people who are still there or the new people who come in know who did not get their order.“
“My family and I love PDQ! We have it at least 1 to 2 a week here in Pembroke Pines and whenever we travel out of the city we are always looking for other’s to visit. Food is always fresh and hot, tasty and always satisfies our chicken tenders, waffle fries and strawberry shake cravings!“
