This location is always a hit or miss for me. Very inconvenient with its location. Although the area is very busy in the morning, this location is never overwhelming with visitors. I would have to say because of the Valvoline oil station, the exit of their customers protrude through the drive-thru of this Dunkin location. However, that does not excuse the rudeness and lack of accountability of the employees here. For the most part, there's always an issue with my order or the time it takes to make a simple coffee. Donuts always seem to be out fresh at odd times, not in the morning like you would expect typically in the afternoon and on weekends not during the week. This last time I visited was probably the best experience I had. Although I only had a little energy refresher, nothing too complicated. The original lady who was going to take my order forgot. Thankfully a gentleman saw the mistake and fixed it immediately.

Used to get a large cold coffee for $3.27 two months ago. The price changes daily between $3.50 and $3.72. Now it is $3.83. What the hell is going on over there? To include the snarky curly haired woman and the flamboyantly mush-mouthed Man with 2" painted finger nails! Is Dunkin' now Woke or just poorly managed??

I really hope the owner reads this review. I don’t even want to give it one star… The quality of service and products of this location is terrible. First, I entered the drive thru line and only 3 cars in front of me yet took me 25 minutes to get my order. If there was a way I could have got out of the line I would have. Second, the worker taking my order had terrible effective communication skills. I had to keep asking if anyone was there to know if my order was heard… which leads me to my third complaint-both drinks were wrong so she definitely wasn’t paying attention when taking my order. I ordered a medium Iced Caramel Machiatto and a small hot chai latte. I received a medium iced coffee cream only and a small iced coffee with a shot of expresso. The staff was so unapproachable and I had just waited 25 minutes for an incorrect order that I had no patience to address the issues. The manager of this location needs to reevaluate their team and systems. Without a doubt the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. Better to drive a few minutes further to another location.

Well, on these cold mornings, it’s always nice to have my thermos filled with coffee which I’ve had done in several other establishments with no problem, so I stopped in Dunkin’ Donuts yesterday, and they refused to fill my thermos. They offered to sell me the cups until the therms was full Charging me for each cup which I thought was foolish because I’m not adding to the landfill anyway, the lady was very rude and fill. My thermos ended up costing me $21 and change I would not recommend Dunkin’ Donuts to anyone wanting to get their thermos filled on the other hand. If you do want to get your therms filled, I would suggest to you Wawawa, half the price better service better coffee
