“I ordered on the mobile app and they made sure I received everything and kept me updated on things that were not ready. I totally waited on my apple pie cause the customer service was great and professional from the speaker, pay here widow, to the pickup widow. It was an overall great experience for a busy Mcdonalds. “Pulling into the parking lot and seeing a bus, I wasn't anticipating speedy service. However, the staff did a nice job in getting my order to me with a short wait. Bagels are back so I had to try. Bagel sandwich was well assembled and tasted good. Bagel was warm and soft and bacon added a bit of a salty taste (a bit much in my opinion). Hash brown was nice and hot as well. Lobby was clean and restaurant looked well kept.“
“There is Hope! We came through the drive thru with a pretty big order for 4 people.. Hope was at the drive thru window and she was really patient as we tried to order and then we changed some of order at the last minute. She's awesome, she was quick and got it all done with amazing patience and with a smile on her face!“
“I really didn’t use to like this location but they’ve had a huge turnover.I usually come in the mornings to get my iced coffee and woooooow they’re so pleasant and nice. The best part is that they always get my coffee right. Other locations get me mad about my iced coffee. Great staff, great location!! Hats off to the staff and amazing management! “Got an order through the Drive-thru. Wanted to adjust order at the first window and the guy there was "bothered" by it. He was friendly enough and polite, but showed that he was unwilling to make the adjustment because he was waiting to get relieved. So, we bypassed our adding of food.The speaker was a little noisy. It had a "vibration" in it. Upon confirmation at first window, our order was correct.The fish sandwich was dry and the half slice of cheese that was on it was half off the sandwich. The tarter sauce was "weak" and a small portion.Second window staff were polite and professional. However, pulling away, we found that our order was not complete. Seems to be an ongoing issue with all fast food places.“

“This mcdonald's Is in an area not frequented by many people of my race. it took a few times of me going in there. But they immediately became friendly once they became familiar with me. I enjoyed going in there. It was a nice atmosphere with the people that work there Generally, it is women who would take my order or give me my food and they will always pleasant. “This is by far one of the nicest mcdonalds. Theres no playland here. Tables outside to sit. handicap table with fun chairs. Light up table that can entertain the kids. Newer drink fountains. “They're getting much better with getting our orders right at the drive thru. Their store is clean on the inside. The reason why they got a 4-star review is because their frappuccino machine is out all the time. Other than that they have good workers and good service.Vegetarian options: They have salads, you could always request and have them make you a vegetable sandwich.Kid-friendliness: Their signature toy that comes with the Happy meal. The inside of the place is designed for children.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking and the entrance is flat so that you don't have to step up to enter the building.“
“Whenever the store is busy and someone asks for a shake, their machine is "broken." However, when business is slow the shake machine is working, although the workers roll their eyes. It's too bad because the store is selling one of their better products. An employee was mopping the floor and leaving it way too wet causing a falling hazard. The mop was just being slopped around. This was being done at the height of lunchtime and the store was full of customers. Too bad. The cheeseburgers were way too greasy - more than normal. The fries were cooked in fresh oil and were freshly done.Parking: Had to park across in the strip mall parking lot.“

The manager was multitasking and making sure that everything was working properly. And the workers were very helpful and focused. It helps a lot to have many bilingual employees. Given the fact that many customers were not able to speak English.Very clean, state of the art equipment and easy to order systems. Good portion of food. Good temperature and great service.“
“It's McDonald's, it was late night drive thru, but this location is always good. The food is as it should be at any time, I know the workers don't want to be there, but no attitude, they do it quick and correct. I've never even run into cash only at this location, except for when the whole system crashed, the manager pulled out paper and calculators and got it done, it was amazing. And not one person made a fuss about it. Kudos to them on that night for sure.“
