Food was incorrect again the dry rub wasn't dry chicken had grease bottom entire with very little flavor reasons why I go to the one in Cape Coral off Santa Barbara always make my order
Horrible service. 16-21 minute eta on app, 35+ minutes waiting for food. The carryout process is terrible. They seem understaffed for the amount of traffic. Wanted to cancel my order as I already spent half my lunch break(waited 15 minutes before going to the store), casheer said he can't cancel online orders(ordered through Wingstop app). Email I got clearly says contact local location to change or cancel orders. There is no easy option in the app to cancel. So now I'm out 15$...read full review

I had a door dasher steal my order and upon calling the store they handled the situation with impeccable customer service. The general manager actively heard my concern and ensure my food would be fresh and it was. Food was great management and the male who answered the phone was so kind and got his general manager for me. DoorDash on the other hand will not be getting my money anytime soon.
