Absolutely ridiculous experience. The male worker on the cash register is new, which should allow for some leeway when it comes to speed and handling, which is fine. What is not fine is that he barely speaks enough English to properly take anyone's order. For literally every transaction before, during, and after , he needed to call over the female staff member to clarify in Spanish what was being asked.Secondly, after placing my order, I had wanted to make an adjustment to a larger combo. This was immediately after paying, though i went to the back of the line.After speaking with the female employee, it was clear this was adjustment attempt was futile, so I politely asked for a cancelation/refund of order.This was met with 15 minutes of literally waiting at the other cash register until she finally stated that she would need to speak to the manager. The manager is not on site and was contacted through the phone. Again, more waiting, and another few minutes later, she tells me I'll get a refund in 5-7 days (which is fine).Overall, 40 minutes of wasted time. As a huge wing stop fan and semi regular customer, this was my worst experience out of any of their stores.Please, for the love of God, make sure your employees can speak fluent (or at least ENOUGH) English before hiring them.

I had a door dasher steal my order and upon calling the store they handled the situation with impeccable customer service. The general manager actively heard my concern and ensure my food would be fresh and it was. Food was great management and the male who answered the phone was so kind and got his general manager for me. DoorDash on the other hand will not be getting my money anytime soon. Thanks Wingstop!!! :)
