Went there for lunch after seeing the menu online thinking it would be a new good place to try. BIG MISTAKE. The place looked nice as far as the look went when we walked in and that's where everything went from bad to worse! Two young guys behind the counter didn't even acknowledge my wife and I. When I finally asked them to help us - he took our order and knew nothing about the menu when we asked questions about the food. Like the two of them didn't give a s*** if we were there or not. Went to find a little booth to sit at - one had a dirty table, the next one had a dirty table and crap all over both sides of the banquette. The one brain dead guy brought our food, and it was horrible. I ate two bites and threw the rest away. My wife ate three bites and did the same thing. Whoever owns this place should Google how to make tzatziki because what was passed onto us as that was total garbage and liquid like. Between a hummus appetizer and our two bowls - 32.00 was wasted and thrown away. TOTAL GARBAGE, HORRIBLE FOOD, AND HORRIBLE STAFF AND SERVICE!!!

We have eaten at Zoes for several years and love the menu. But the last two times have been very disappointing. The customer service was lacking and the restaurant was dirty. Tables weren't clean, trash on the floor and no management visible. It makes me suspicious of the cleanliness of the kitchen. The last straw was when I found a broken plastic fork time buried in my meal. We will not be returning, which is disappointing because we loved it so much.

Came here a lot when it first opened. Used to be great. Now, the staff doesn’t care. Decided to give it a try again after 6mo. We were the only customers in the restaurant and they forgot to make my order. Lots of young staff that seem to use it as a hangout joint instead of a restaurant. Really disappointing because the food was always great… just not good enough to warrant an awful dining experience.

Very goodl food... but. Your management needs to concentrate on cleaning the facility. Floors are littered with straw papers and dropped food. Table tops are rarely wipped down after a customer leaves. Simple things that can turn off customers. But... the food and counter service is very good and a great value.

We used to love this place, 2 years ago. We moved farther from the Fort Myers location so we stopped going. We went out of our way to have dinner in this branch but this visit was a major disappointment. First, the crew were just goofing around, chitchatting. Some of them just sitting in the booth. We found it hard to choose a table to sit because all the tables were dirty. The toddler's high chairs are all DIRTY; I had to clean the one I use for my baby with wet wipes and sanitizer. Same thing for the table; had to wipe it down with wipes and sanitizer. The whole place was just FILTHY. The fountain drinks station was GROSS. There were dust on the dividers of the booths and the tables. The plates looked like they were not washed well. The floors looked like it hasn't been mopped for a while. The crew looked like they didn't want to work there. Only the cashier, young kid, was taking in the orders and brought them to us. My husband said the food was still good. The steak kabob came out cold. We didn't enjoy at all because of how dirty the place is. I was so upset and we're never coming back to this specific location. They need a change of management and crew there. I doubt that place could pass a food safety and sanitation inspection/assessment right now.

I used to go to several different restaurants around the Phoenix, Scottsdale area - so I was pleasantly surprised to see one in Ft. Myers on vacation - but unfortunately this one is filthy and needs a complete and utter top to bottom thorough clean on every surface. The food was just okay and my chicken dry and the plates they served it on were even dirty.

The food in this restaurant tastes like cardboard. It's literally taken out of the freezer and put into the microwave. I battles the chicken kabob and it tastes as if it had been killed a decade ago. Nothing had salt. All in all a miserable culinary experience

Sweet lord. Do yourself a favor and try any of their dishes. The food is soooo flavorful, fresh, and just delicious. One of my favorite places to eat at. My only issue is they are pretty pricey, but the food quality makes it worth it.

Where is the manager on duty!???????????????? So, I come to Fort Myers a few times a year and have been loyally coming to this spot for food for almost two years. My girlfriend and I eat healthy and this was a nice alternative for lunch or dinner. I went in there tonight after getting in from the airport - the guy (twenty something) working there walks out greets me while wiping his nose because it was running. Then sneezes off to the side without covering his mouth. Does not even go wash his hands. The side I ordered came out by itself 10 minutes after everything else. The inside of the restaurant had many tables not even wiped down. It was dirty looking. No manager in sight. No professionalism or attention to cleanliness. Not sure I will ever go back!! It all comes down to training and this place is gone down the tubes :(

They were no customers in the restaurant and yet didn’t get the orders right. Had to go back and to my surprise the manager was not at all apologetic. Instead she had an ugly attitude. Never going back to this location.Bad staff, bad food, bad service.

But I have been here before, and I know it has potential, so I am going to rate a three.The flavor of the steak and sauces are superb. I’ve also had one of their salads, and it was good. However, our experience today will probably result in us not returning.The food was barely warm at best. The restaurant needed to be cleaned (but the bathroom was good). The service was mediocre: not bad, but very laid-back with no emphasis on customer service.Unless I could guarantee that my next experience would be much better, I would not come back again.

I was so Happy with the food. I Loved the Chicken Pita & man that Roasted Corn is Amazing. My Mom got the Shrimp Kabobs & she enjoyed them but she didn't like the salsa verde. She gave it to me and I put it on my Pita, it was amazing. They NEED to offer the Salas to other dishes like the Pitas. Just a Thought & I WILL be coming back again when I'm in the area.

Always enjoy the Kabob’s here! Restaurant is very clean. My experience during lunch today was great. The manager on duty brought my food out to us and was very personable. Checked back on us while we were eating to make sure everything came out right. Believe his name was Joe. We will be coming back soon!

Hubby ordered steak wrap and potato salad. I ordered the cauliflower rice bowl.Mine was very good. Hubby said the wrap was good but the potato salad was just a cold smashed potato in a small paper bowl. He had me to taste it and it didnt even have a taste. Sorry, but that was the most pitiful thing that I have ever tasted. Maybe the kitchen needs to try again.

I brought my family here and the food was awesome. The kids loved the quesadillas and the steak and shrimp are my favorite. I’ve never been here before but the people working were so inviting and polite. I will definitely be back.
