This restaurant has been shut down because they were not being clean. They had nasty attitudes management didn’t care about anything that they were doing. Robot takes your order, tried asking for light ice but they had the drink ready literally full to the brim with ice when I was done with my drink. So I went up to ask for a refill since I sipped my large drink maybe 3 times and was denied a refill. Give me a break you’re literally paying over $3 for ice at this point!

I went to this store at 9 o clock pm. Worse service ever. First, let’s talk about that robot that took my order. The robot onoverchared me. I got to the window and asked the cashier to repeat my order and she was rude as hell. I asked for a Coke to drink and I got Dr Pepper. I asked for honey mustard and got Nothing. The only thing I did get was cold food will never come back to the store again.

Went to the checkers on US. One made me go around to the other side and then refuse to bring out the food. I had to get out of my car and get the food at the window will not be back.

I ordered delivery and when the food arrived by the grub hub driver, everything was cold and turned upside down in the bag. The banana shake I ordered was missing. The sauce for the chicken strips was missing. I called the restauran's number several times and the phone was taken off of the hook. Very upset. Nothing was good.

I hate the new intercom system. I ordered a baconzilla, with only Ketchup, mayo and cheese. Because I said ONLY for the condiments it also eliminated the bacon. The employee tried to justify it. Well ma'am it's a machine. Common sense said if I ordered a baconzilla I definitely want bacon. The fries were cold. I added bacon to a checkerburger and they failed to put it on the sandwich. They did correct their errors.

On 1/30 I drove thru the drive thru to get dinner. The woman taking my money was THE WORST customer service clerk I've ever met. I said hello and she just started at me..no nothing back. When I asked for some sauce she shut the window. No receipt..no napkins ..no sauce..she made me feel unwelcomed.. I'm never going to give my money to this location...EVER AGAIN..
