I hate the new intercom system. I ordered a baconzilla, with only Ketchup, mayo and cheese. Because I said ONLY for the condiments it also eliminated the bacon. The employee tried to justify it. Well ma'am it's a machine. Common sense said if I ordered a baconzilla I definitely want bacon. The fries were cold. I added bacon to a checkerburger and they failed to put it on the sandwich. They did correct their errors.
On 1/30 I drove thru the drive thru to get dinner. The woman taking my money was THE WORST customer service clerk I've ever met. I said hello and she just started at me..no nothing back. When I asked for some sauce she shut the window. No receipt..no napkins ..no sauce..she made me feel unwelcomed.. I'm never going to give my money to this location...EVER AGAIN..

You better check everything before you leave because if you don't you ain't you won't get anything replaced they charging $4.80 for an extra large drink didn't charge me $3.80 to refill a drink that's why I'm only getting two stars they used to get five stars for me nope not no more
