“Delicious food perfectly prepared, you can tell, made with love! We had yummy tender delicious pork steaks, black beans, rice ( best black beans & rice ever, so flavorful) fried sweet plantains, and flan for dessert. Waiting to try the flan still, as we are so full from dinner. We cannot wait to come back when we are this way again, to try other menu items!“
“For the area of fort pierce, this is the cuban food place to go. I am colombian and at Mervis I have always enjoy the best cup of coffe with a delicious tripleta. The menu is very original and when my cooworkers need that extra afternoon push.. the colada fix all of that.“
“Run, don't walk to get a Cuban sandwich here!!!!! Oh, btw, do you want a Cuban coffee Colada?....both are perfecto!!!! Can't wait to try one of their breakfast sandwiches now!! Only 2 small places to sit so be ready to take it to go but so worth it! Nice people also!! Feels so authentic inside! Sorry I didn't get a picture of the coffee and Cuban sandwich but the sandwich looked very similar to the pictures posted. Was so excited to get started eating it, forgot to get a picture! It's not only huge but delicious!!“
“Stumbled upon this place while we were in Fort Pierce. Was surprised to see a food truck and not a restaurant but read in the reviews after that there was a fire. The settings was a bit strange in the midst of a landscape sculpture workshop. Food was decent and portion was large. We had beef stew with sweet plantains. A steady stream of locals so they have good support from the community. We will likely stop over again to try other dishes and hope they will reopen their restaurant.“
