I have visited this location twice and will not continue to do so. The staff are not professional, nor do they work with any sense of urgency. I was the ONLY customer in the building and there was NO ONE in the drive through, yet they still took ten minutes to make me an iced coffee AND they messed it up. Employees are always rude and don't want to be there. Food is always done so so I would go out of my way to an entirely different Dunkin Donuts just to not have to deal with them. I have tried on several different occasions just to see if they were just having a bad day and it's always the same.

I've been to about a million dunkins and this was absolutely the worst costumer service I've ever experienced from you guys. Not a simple hello, rushed me, not helpful and didn't have any emotion. Both of the workers working had no sense of purpose being there. Just rude.
