I've been to about a million dunkins and this was absolutely the worst costumer service I've ever experienced from you guys. Not a simple hello, rushed me, not helpful and didn't have any emotion. Both of the workers working had no sense of purpose being there. Just rude.

I have visited this location twice and will not continue to do so. The staff are not professional, nor do they work with any sense of urgency. I was the ONLY customer in the building and there was NO ONE in the drive through, yet they still took ten minutes to make me an iced coffee AND they messed it up. They roll their eyes and spend majority of their time having personal conversations instead of attending to the customer. A serious lack of training and professionalism. I always give locations a second chance because I understand people have bad days. We all do. But this location simply does not care.

Employees are always rude and don't want to be there. Food is always done so so I would go out of my way to an entirely different Dunkin Donuts just to not have to deal with them. I have tried on several different occasions just to see if they were just having a bad day and it's always the same.

The worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Not only did they give me someone else's order. Everyone that knows me knows how much I love the egg white and veggie bites. When I made it to work I had a bacon and cheddar ?. I just gave everything away.

Sometimes companies hire the wrong kind of people who jeopardize their brand. Shaquita is incompetent unfriendly and unprofessional individual. One thing is to give an attitude via microphone, but when you purposely burn ? the food to the point of being inedible… that’s evil!

The new group of people they have working here have brought this Dunkin’s customer service down astronomically and have completely ruined this location! I order a large signature iced latte of some kind every time I come to dunkin and have never had any issues but for some reason today I was told that “We can’t make signature lattes in a large” and when I explained to the person that I order this everytime and the menu says they can and she replied “right but I’m telling you no”.Definitely won’t be coming back here I advise everyone to go to the location on Okeechobee and 95 instead

I went in this morning and ordered a drink and the stuffed bagel bites. When we first pulled up both employees were outside by the side of the building smoking. We had to wait inside at the counter until they finished smoking. The girl who finally took out order didn't smile, say hello or even try to be welcoming. I ordered my drink and food. She finished my drink and gave me an iced coffee. When I told her I had ordered it hot, she became very confrontational and began yelling at me. I tried to explain to her I just needed to remake my drink. She refused, so then I asked for a refund. Again she started yelling at me and said she would not give me a refund. I then asked for a receipt, again she yelled at me and refused. She would not give management information to me. Finally her coworker gave me a receipt. I ended up leaving without a drink or a refund. I am extremely disappointed in my overall experience and will most likely never go back. I'll pay a bit more to go to Starbucks where their employees are professional.

The wait times are getting longer and the coffee was not good the other day ? don't understand how you can order the same thing and the price is not the same amount. Have the Dunkin app but alot of times the price doesn't ring up.
