Order took 40+ minutes to be fulfilled. Had to accept what they had available; rather than what was ordered. Didn't receive the sauces that were on the order. Lemonade bag wasn't closed properly and leaked. Staff member was unapologetic and dismissive. They should be embarrassed by the way this location is being operated. No sense of pride.

My husband and I went last night to eat. It wasn't very busy. There were three people working. There was an older couple ahead of us in line and they hadn't been waited on yet. There was a girl who had just finished putting an order together. She looked at us and just walked on by. She didn't even say, be with you in just a minute. She said nothing. Service was absolutely pathetic. We just walked out and didn't order anything and went somewhere else to eat.

I have one simple question to the management or the owner of this store. Where do you get your employees from? Went to this KFC while driving to Orlando and stopped for a quick lunch. Only one person ahead of me and they were moving super slow. The lady at the cashier never said at least good afternoon or how can I help you… nothing she had a nasty attitude and zero customer service. I felt like they were paying me to be there. I ordered the crispy chicken and I got the original one and it was dry. The fries were not fresh either. I will definitely avoid this KFC unless you want to be treated like you’re nobody. Customer service is the key for success in any basic business.
Today I arrived at KFC hungry and wanting some extra crispy chicken I ordered the meal drive-through was very nice once I parked I noticed that my chicken look like it was original chicken and like they cooked it so it can look like it was extra crispy I did not get extra crispy chicken When I went back into the restaurant to talk to someone, the manager was sitting down I guess on her break and when I say excuse me to her, she had an attitude like why you bothering me away. I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for and I feel like the manager should be trained how to be better with customers because if you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t be doing it.I will never come to this restaurant again

they should really set up the online ordering to reflect the fact they stop serving customers over 30minutes before closing. now I've basically been cheated out of my money and have no way of getting it back until who knows when because the store confirmed my order despite not serving food and have yet to close it out for me to even try and request a refund. this is by far the worst kfc location I've been too. and that's based off multiple trips there, this was just the nail in the coffin.

I have to give a 5 star review today. THANK YOU to all the employees and big props and great efforts to Boss Lady Cassandra(manager). It all started when I noticed some of my food was missing, as I checked my bag at home. I admit, I was upset and I had to gathered myself to return back to KFC. And to my delight, I was assisted by one of the most pleasant group of employees within the Fort Pierce area. When I arrived they immediately went into repair mode and began completing the process of assuring that I would become a satisfied customer. I was treated with compassion, respect and most importantly I was treated like a human. Most fast food restaurants just overlook concerns customers may bring to their attention. However, this group of staff went above and beyond to give me the upmost customer service I have ever experience in a long time. I highly recommend this KFC. My night was definitely turned around because of you all. They are truly second to none!!! Big round of applause ?THANK YOU,Larry.
